texting is it’s simply that you can text them sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
