texting is it’s just that you can text them type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually valuable for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
