texting is it’s simply that you can text them kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and after that I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
