texting is it’s just that you can text them sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and after that I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it sort of provides you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not really essential however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a short overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s really good for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I believe also another really great really great candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
