texting is it’s simply that you can text them type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

get about two actions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because generally they do a lot of these individuals appear to have perhaps not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instantaneous because regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of discuss it like a typical discussion but with talk space you may state this and then it might be five hours later and then they might state oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to consider you know something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one advantage to it seems to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to speak to somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real price like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking actually due to the fact that like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was simply something I considered but that’s.

not very crucial however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m uncertain just how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I just wanted to offer some like final thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s really good for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I ought to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another truly excellent truly terrific prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
