texting is it’s just that you can text them kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly valuable for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very essential but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m unsure just how much that really is simply me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wished to provide some like last thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a quick overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s truly helpful for like tension type of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I ought to’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I believe it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think likewise another truly great actually great candidate to use talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
