texting is it’s just that you can text them sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly useful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of thoughts it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not very essential but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I indicate it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m unsure just how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I just wished to give some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a brief summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s actually helpful for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe likewise another really excellent truly fantastic candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
