texting is it’s just that you can text them sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually handy for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not extremely crucial but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not sure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wished to give some like last thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a short overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s actually good for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy job or something like that I think likewise another really terrific really fantastic candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
