texting is it’s simply that you can text them kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
