texting is it’s simply that you can text them sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really useful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
