not extremely essential but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m uncertain how much that really is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously however back here so I just wanted to offer some like final thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a short overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually good for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I ought to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think likewise another really terrific actually terrific prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
