talk space is an app that allows you to do therapy …Betterhelp/Gabbie…like online like on with an app it allows you to do treatment with it that makes good sense it is a online service that AHS you get therapy rather than having to go in and talk to someone in person you can do it online with the benefit of your phone or your laptop but I personally use the app and I wanted to provide you a little bit of my opinion about it because I hear without any subscribers you understand I’m not sponsored by anyone and I want to provide you my truthful viewpoint of it um and I think that it’s really excellent to have more on sponsored viewpoints or like individuals who aren’t I have no factor to inform you anything about it if it’s not true so that’s what I’m gon na be doing today and I hope you enjoy this so let’s start so I’m gon na keep holding up my phone as a prop so talk area basically is an app that you can download in the App Store and then you have to do a subscription service to it so you need to have it for a month I think or longer than that and what it permits you to do is it allows you to speak with a therapist without needing to discover the therapist like in your area without needing to see and go what someone personally you can do it in your home and it allows you to text the therapist and then you can have live sessions those live sessions include you talking basically like you would in a typical treatment session and the

texting is it’s just that you can text them kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist type of immediately and after that I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually helpful for individuals with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

get about two responses a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message since basically they do a great deal of these individuals appear to have perhaps not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a normal discussion but with talk area you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to consider you understand something that did trouble me a little bit initially yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit more affordable than entering to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here somebody it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking really since like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any complaints about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not really crucial however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m not sure just how much that really is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I simply wished to provide some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to provide a short introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s actually great for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy job or something like that I believe likewise another really excellent truly terrific candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I need to work out some insurance things prior to I even like think about this so I suggest I think it’s an excellent service I have actually seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I truly like I view all of her videos and she spoke about it however I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here again which resembles something comparable so if you wish to look into that one to compare them the factor I wound up getting talk space was due to the fact that my boyfriend was sort of pushing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of tension so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you must actually talk with somebody and he learnt about talk area and so that was the one that he actually recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good things about but again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s basically the only way I’ve ever heard of it I haven’t actually heard of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I believe it’s a terrific service for what it is I believe it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was type of beginning to say before if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it is necessary to be seeing someone in person particularly if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more extensive concerns there’s something I have actually sort of discovered like undoubtedly these are deep.
