talk area is an app that enables you to do therapy …Betterhelp/Defranco…like online like on with an app it allows you to do therapy with it that makes great sense it is a online service that AHS you get treatment instead of having to go in and speak with somebody personally you can do it online with the benefit of your phone or your laptop computer however I personally use the app and I wished to provide you a little bit of my opinion about it because I hear without any customers you know I’m not sponsored by anyone and I want to give you my sincere viewpoint of it um and I believe that it’s actually excellent to have more on sponsored viewpoints or like individuals who aren’t I have no factor to tell you anything about it if it’s not real so that’s what I’m gon na be doing today and I hope you enjoy this so let’s begin so I’m gon na keep holding up my phone as a prop so talk space basically is an app that you can download in the App Shop and then you need to do a subscription service to it so you need to have it for a month I think or longer than that and what it allows you to do is it allows you to talk to a therapist without having to find the therapist like in your location without having to see and go what someone in person you can do it in your home and it allows you to text the therapist and after that you can have live sessions those live sessions include you talking basically like you would in a regular therapy session and the

texting is it’s just that you can text them type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really handy for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very essential but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent so far um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once however back here so I simply wished to offer some like last ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like stress type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I ought to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I think also another really great really excellent candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
