Progress, Opportunities, and Challenges, the 2004 Tribal Leader Health Summit, was held November 4 and 5 at the Skagit Valley Casino Resort in Bow, WA. Over 125 attendees participated in this event, representing tribal, state, and federal governments and private and non-profit organizations.
